Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it unless otherwise notified at the time of purchase of which proof will be needed. All mechanical items with the exclusion of 'direct from car unopened engines' have a 30 day warranty from the date of receiving the item. Direct from car unopened engines have no warranty. All international returns must be received within 14 days of acceptance of the return. 

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be returned in the original packaging.

The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Some items may need an independent inspection for insurance purposes and you will be notified on receipt of the item.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 28 days from approval for the refund to be sent. 

No refunds can be issued without the return of the item. We can only refund for the cost of the item and any shipping costs we charged. We can not refund for any other charges you may have incurred. 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable in all cases unless otherwise stated.
